Why this page has no results
We would rather show a method than invent a result. When a SaaS client approves a case study, it will replace this page. Until then, here is how we would run the work.
Step 1: Map the buyer's questions
Group search demand by job-to-be-done: problem queries ("how to reconcile invoices"), comparison queries ("tool A vs tool B"), alternatives queries, and integration queries. These convert far better than generic definitions.
Step 2: Fix the technical base
- Keep the marketing site crawlable. Product app pages should not compete with the marketing pages.
- Render key content server-side, with clean URLs for features, use cases and integrations.
- Add SoftwareApplication and Organization schema, plus FAQ markup where it fits.
Step 3: Build in this order
- Feature and use-case pages tied to real product capabilities.
- Comparison and alternatives pages, written fairly.
- Integration pages, one per partner tool.
- Problem-led guides that link to the product at the right moment.
Step 4: Earn authority
Original data from the product, partner mentions, and reviews on trusted software directories. These also feed AI answers.
Step 5: Measure what matters
| Metric | Why |
|---|---|
| Non-brand clicks | Shows real discovery |
| Trial or demo sign-ups from organic | The business outcome |
| Pages that bring sign-ups | Tells you what to repeat |
| AI answer mentions | Tracked monthly across several AI tools |
